Dear Steve,

If looking at the design is going to be the feature, maybe the design direction should be included?
The Yomud has a top and bottom design (more natural) and I expect the pile points down.
The Tekke design is a mirrored design so the pile direction wasn't the first concern for the weaver?

Hi Vincent,

I noticed the differences in the directions the motifs faced when I was recording the information in the database, but didn't make notes. It would be an interesting thing to look at, and I'll try to find time to look at the photos again soon.
