Not a lot of bull. A bit agressive, perhaps.
The simple design tells us nothing about its age, so we're left with materials, structure and that elusive "handle." Pretty tough to make such a tight call with such limited factors.
I certainly respect John Collins' opinion. If he says it's quite old, it must be quite old.
But why worry about its age? If it has brilliant colors, lustrous wool and great tactile qualities, what more could you ask?
