Dear Erol,

Most rug collectors, even at the very early stages, are looking for information that cannot be directly obtained from a rug itself. Where was it made? When? For what purpose? And so on. This can only be gotten from books and other educational materials (like knowledgable people, for instance), and what education eventually provides is the ability to sort out what is likely to be true from what is likely to be myth.

You are most welcome to post the URLs of your MPGs, which are not at all commercial and which are of educational interest and more or less relevant to our discussion of books and other educational materials.
