Ms Williams et al -

I share your judgment that Mr. Gantzhorn gives some evidence of "imbalance" in his book. I bought my copy at a flea market three years ago for $15 simply because that's a lot of pretty good color photos for that price if I never look at the text. That's where I think Marla's advice is strongest. Lots of color photos for very little money. About the possibility that Mr. Gantzhorn's analysis might not only provide evidence of the pathology toward with Phd dissertations often seem to tend (it's supposed to be orginal and folks often "reach" a bit) but that it might also to use the mildest term "ethnocentric" is something I cannot attest to since I've never been tempted to read it deeply. His thesis seems so obviously an exaggeration, "a privileged hypothesis," that I doubt he could be "dangerous," and even if he is "ruggies" are not likely soon to rule the world.

Regards,
