Of course, so did the Arabachi and the mysterious Eagle-Gul II people. Kurt Muncaksi in his HALI article 'Dividing the Chodor' attributes Chodor weavings with cottton wefts to periods when the Chodors lived in the Khiva region where cotton was available. The Arabachi also lived around there. But it seems that other tribes who lived in areas where cotton was available didn't use it, so availability seems to be a necessary but not sufficient condition.
