Next ACOR to be in St. Louis not Indianapolis

Dear folks -

Overnight, my co-conspirator on the ACOR 8 blog, Fred Mushkat, has had a chance to read a bit more closely what I have written and notes one important change that is needed.

The next ACOR is to be held in St. Louis not Indianapolis, as I said. We'll change the original but I wanted to make this correction explicit.

And, boy, are the Indianapolis people glad about this correction. They already did their duty in this respect rather recently.
