Frank, thank you for the information! Holy smokes that is a good deal!! I have found them for $300 a set so this is an amazing deal. Just yesterday we went to a light store. This place was for the professionals an I was a little overwhelmed. The person that helped us was very knowledgeable and pretty much repeated what you said about being hard to find now.

Exquisite pieces, the horse blanket is especially nice, matching saddle cover? New lighting will transform everything. They will come alive. The reds! Rugs are initially valued like real estate only its color, color, color. In any kind of display, retail, museum, art gallery, home, lighting is the single most important factor. General illumination is only good for cleaning the room. If you are interested I would be happy to help with distance from wall, beam angle, installation or anything else. You will find that a 5 fixture cable set doesn’t have enough heads for this wall. Given the low price, if still available, consider buying sets just for the fixtures heads as individually they are very expensive.

Thank you Frank. That is a very kind offer to help. I may ask some questions in the near future.
The saddle blanket was a lucky find that we found locally. The nice retired couple we bought it from listed it as Turkish since they bought it in Istanbul many years ago. I did explain how although many items sold in Turkey were made there, there are also many items from other Turkic countries as well.Joe Lawrence

Some of the best dealers in the world are in the Istanbul bazaars, but you need to know who they are before you get there. Never let anyone who approaches you on the street lead you into a rug shop, though. It will waste at least half a day and you're unlikely to see anything except pedestrian rugs. It's worth learning a few words of Turkish before you go. In addition to please, thank you, and other niceties, "Yok istiorum!" (I don't want anything!) is really useful.

Joe, looks absolutely great! I am always amazed at how much good lighting matters. Do your fixtures have selectable color temperature? If so, it’s fun to experiment with different temperatures from warm to cool. Generally they need to be all the same so as to not look weird. Enjoy!
